Withdraw from contract

Here you declare that you withdraw from a contract with Tigby. We record the declaration with the date and time it reaches us and send an acknowledgement of receipt to the address you give.

The right of withdrawal and what follows from it are set out in § 9 of the Terms, together with the model withdrawal form.

It goes into the acknowledgement of receipt and into the message to our support mailbox. We store it nowhere else.
